KIN 385 - Active Aging Credits: 3 Total Hours: 60 Students will explore the physiological, psychological, and sociological changes that occur during the aging process. In this context, students will learn about the importance of movement education and physical activity for older adults, the development of programming and activity plans for this population, and strategies to engage older adults to realize the benefits of an active lifestyle throughout the aging process.
