PSYC 261 - Childhood Disorders: Analysis Credits: 3 Total Hours: 45 The course examines theoretical and research approaches to the understanding of psychological disorders related to childhood and adolescent development. Recent advances in classification and diagnosis of disorders such as autism, pervasive developmental disorder, learning disabilities, and attention deficit/ hyperactivity are some of the examples considered.
