HMGT 285 - Integrated Restaurant Management Credits: 4 Total Hours: 187.5 This applied course enables learners to develop teamwork and critical thinking skills through the application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation of the principles of current food and beverage management. These skills are applied in a lab setting of a gourmet restaurant.
