KIN 220 - Resistance Training & Group Exercise Instruction Credits: 3 Total Hours: 60 Students will study instructional techniques in a variety of individual and group-based exercise modalities. Instruction will include but not be limited to resistance training, group fitness, interval training, aqua-fitness, yoga and Pilates.
