In this course, learners will reflect on and extend their knowledge of program theory and practice by creating, planning for, and implementing an innovative and practical resource that responds to an identified need in the field of Education Assistance and Community Support. Through reflective practice, learners will articulate the values inherent in their work that result in enhanced inclusion and equity in the field of disability supports.
