BUS 345 - Social Enterprise in Canada Credits: 3 Total Hours: 60 Social enterprise is a force for good, harnessing the profit motive in service of clear and intentional social objectives. Looking at local, Indigenous, provincial, and national contexts, students learn how social enterprises work and the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to affect change. With a strong focus on community, students will analyze the impact of global and local events, forecast trends, and apply ethical strategic frameworks to maintain business continuity and seize opportunities.
