Students will apply business principles and practices related to starting a private dental hygiene business. By learning how to conduct market research, students will be able to explore business opportunities and the feasibility of starting a business. Students will assess the risks and responsibilities of being a business owner and will develop a comprehensive business plan appropriate to their area of interest.
