Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills to apply for and obtain positions in a variety of work environments. In this course, you will explore how your discipline-specific knowledge, personal strengths, interests, and values fit with potential work-integrated learning opportunities and/or career pathways. You will learn core job search strategies, including cover letter and resume writing. You will also develop your interview, networking, and workplace skills, and will learn how to reflect on and articulate your knowledge, skills, and experience.

This highly participatory course combines on-line materials, in-class discussions, collaborative activities, and features employers, alumni, and other guests.

Notes: This class is a pre-requisite for Co-op and Internship Work Terms.
