MARK 395 - Customer Relationship Management Credits: 3 Total Hours: 60 Students will examine the application of customer relationship management (CRM) in a variety of organizational settings. Students will explore database planning, design and creation, and the role of CRM in a firm’s marketing strategy on customer relationship building and servicing.
