HMGT 184 - Beverage Operations Credits: 3 Total Hours: 67.5 This course provides students with an introduction to the critical success factors of a beverage operation. Through a combination of both theory and applied learning opportunities, students will plan and execute a series of themed functions. Key elements of food and beverage production, service, marketing and financial planning will be covered.
