Students will extend a foundation of basic mathematics skills, concepts, vocabulary, and problem-solving strategies to prepare them to meet personal, career, or academic goals. With a focus on decimals, students will perform basic arithmetic operations and explore themes such as place value, rounding, measurement conversion, and word problems. Throughout the course, students will develop math fact fluency and estimation skills to increase their confidence and competence in mathematics.
